Research Direction

The poster frames multi-agent stock selection as a mechanism design problem, where a principal allocates aggregation weight across heterogeneous LLM-powered investor agents to maximize portfolio alpha.

Using market disagreement as a signal, the work studies consensus and disagreement-aware mechanisms, Stackelberg-style aggregation, and agent distribution optimization with CMA-ES. The results suggest these design choices interact non-trivially: simple mechanisms can perform best at smaller agent scale, while stronger optimization may become more useful as the number of agents grows.
